Before you treat your tired feet to this simple yet effective aroma bath, have your favorite book or music handy: during the procedure you will not only take care of your feet, but will also be able to fully relax for about 20 minutes, while inhaling the aroma of lavender oil.
Preparation:
Using the proportions in the photo above, add the ingredients to a cup or jar and stir well with a spoon. If there is no Castile soap, jojoba oil or any other vegetable oil will do * (the mix will turn out to be more oily, but for very dry heels this is what you need).
* Important: be sure to add the fatty component to the salt, because essential oils do not dissolve in salt and water.
Soaking:
Add the aroma salt to a bowl of warm water and shake well. “Bathe” your feet for 15-20 minutes, then rinse well with warm water and wipe dry (you might want to use a pumice stone before rinsing on especially dry areas).
At the end of the procedure, it will be ideal to massage the Intensive Foot / Hand Care onto your feet, put your socks on and go to bed. Your feet will be grateful!
Enjoy!
